Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow. On the nose initially closed, after some time delicately of peach, banana, remains framed by slight reduction, in the background hints of rosemary and yeast. On the palate then unfortunately bitter in the flow, has substance throughout , although with good acidity too, phenolic and needs a lot of time in the glass; better still to put it away for a while.
