Tasting Notes
Bright lemon yellow with a shimmering core. A finely marked nose with mineral notes, lemon zest and chamomile, and it also has a slight honey touch. On the palate a similar minerality, flint, and is also juicy and taut. It unfolds beautifully with arrow straight acidity, and it is long and harmonious on the finish.
