The white wine Pinot Bianco "Tecum", vintage 2015 from the winery Castelfeder has been rated in 2017 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with a fine green hue. Clear, somewhat restrained nose, showing subtle notes of fresh apple and mirabelle plums. Flourishes on the palate, lots of present fruit, mirabelle plums and pears, some grapefruit, fine salty notes add tension, juicy finish.
