Tasting Notes

92+
Tasting from 28.10.2020: Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog

White gold with green reflections. Playful and pronounced nose with a mixture of green pear, citrus zest and exotic nuances of young pineapple, and with aeration a little fresh yeast bun aroma. The palate is surrounded by fine bubbles, silky salty, perky acidity provides freshness and juiciness, and tension is sustained with a lot of traction. It is an exceptional wine from Spain.
