Sparkling, intense ruby-violet. Very clear and memorable nose, opens with notes of cinnamon, then lots of blackberry, some plum, charming. Fine-meshed, dense tannin on the palate, builds up in layers, hearty, crisp berry fruit, long finish, additional ageing beneficial.
