The red wine I Sodi di San Niccolò Toscana IGT, vintage 2014 from the winery Castellare di Castellina has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Malvasia from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Brilliant ruby. Finely marked nose with notes of pomegranate, fresh cherries and blood oranges. Round and supple, shows lots of juicy fruit, opens with fine-meshed tannin, very elegant, long finish of crisp, ripe cherries.
