Tasting from 19.11.2020: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Shiny ruby with light garnet glints. Opens on the nose with green-spicy components, fine white pepper, much sour cherry. Grippy, hearty tannin on the palate, shows amazing fullness, but then seems quite rough on the finish, somewhat brittle.

Bright ruby garnet. Fragrant nose of raspberries and cherry confit, some pomegranate. Very juicy on the palate, medium concentration, good drinking flow.
