The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2012 from the winery Castello di Lucignano has been rated in 2017 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red with slightly brightening orange edges. Wood spice, licorice, nutmeg and very ripe red berries on the nose. Still somewhat unbalanced and young on the palate, with great fruit and juicy tannins.
