Tasting from 03.11.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Intense clear ruby with garnet rim. Opens on the nose with notes of sweat and dark bread crust, plus some blackberry. Plenty of grippy, somewhat rough tannin on the palate, showing subtle sweet texture, quite drying on the finish.
