Complex, intense nose with notes of pineapple, dried and fresh, white flowers, apple and citrus. In addition, a subtle herbal spiciness, some liquorice and beeswax. Taut, straightforward and juicy acidity on the palate, aromas of citrus and honey and a salty grace on the long finish.
