More about the tastingBrilliant ruby red with a purple shimmer. Initially elegantly restrained on the nose the sour cherry, raspberry and fresh thyme appear with air. Harmonious and precise on the palate with juicy cherry fruit paired with fresh mint, well-integrated tannins and vibrant acidity. An animating, salty finish.
