Bright ruby red with a brilliant core. The nose initially reveals notes of delicate sealing wax, honeycomb, honey, then rich forest fruit, precious wood, plus fine earthy notes. Substantial on the palate, dense, with deep fruit, tight tannins, balanced and long.
