The red wine Digma Fassprobe, vintage 2006 from the winery Castillo de Sajazarra has been rated in 2011 by Peter Moser with 91 Falstaff points.
Deep, dense ruby. Polished, quite cool, tart and spicy bouquet of fresh dark berries, well concentrated. Firm, fresh and dry on the palate, very young, taut, silky-cool, with fine, juicy tannins, good, increasingly intense and sweeter finish, somewhat drying at the end.
