The sparkling wine La Selvatica Asti DOCG Dolce, vintage 2024 from the winery Caudrina has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Moscato from the region Piedmont in Italy.
A bright silver-grey with a subtle greenish touch. Very fresh on the nose, lime, freshly cut grass, white peach and some elderflower. Sweet and balanced on the palate, with a savoury attack and finish, very mouth-filling, with a remarkable freshness and structure, good length.
