From an small, ancient vineyard, only the Xarel.lo grape variety is used for this cava matured on the fine lees for more than a hundred months. Golden yellow, with a very fine, persistent mousse. Inviting nuances of brioche, ripe yellow apples and some nougat on the nose, with full-bodied stone fruit supported by a mineral structure on the palate. A hint of aniseed and some fine salty hints on the finish, which shows enchanting length.
