Tasting Notes
Sparkling, rich ruby garnet. Amazingly fresh and fruity notes, lots of rich cherry, some sour cherry and cranberry, fine and clearly defined. Initially somewhat timid at first, opens up with lots of grippy, gripping tannins, still quite austere in the mid-palate, straightforward, lots of cherry on the finish, salty and with good pressure.
