Tasting Notes
Bright, shiny ruby garnet. On the nose fine mint, ripe wild berry fruit, plus fine smoky hints, even slightly animalistic, on the finish candied cherry, underpinned by cold butter and some noble wood, complex. On the palate grippy, with rich, numerous earthy tannins, compact, powerful, very deep, deserves bottle age.
