Tasting from 30.04.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby red. Ripe, dark fruity aromas with intense notes of cassis liqueur and elderberry juice. Beautiful aromas, but somewhat one-dimensional. Medium-bodied on the palate with a sweet impression, noticeable tannin and beautiful freshness in the fruity finish.
