Tasting from 21.03.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

On the fresh nose, light berry aromas: raspberry, some red currant, and cherry, with herbal and spicy notes. Rather light on the palate and again fresh with lots of dark fruit. Fine, ripe tannins, with concise acidity providing freshness. The finish is medium-long and pleasantly juicy.
