An immediate but subtle herbal whiff of dried yarrow is followed by vivid lime zest. The palate is fine, showing that same zestiness with a slightly finer, smoother texture. That wonderful herbal savour returns on the lemony, long finish, enhanced by lovely saltiness. A.K.
