Silvery white-gold in colour. A delicate bouquet of white peach, crab apple, elderflower and hints of cassis. There's a medium-fine mousse on the palate with appealing acidity and a creamy texture which lingers well, with a subtly fruity-sweet aftertaste. A lightweight option for mild summer evenings.
