Bright pink with orange reflections. A red-fruited bouquet of sour cherry, raspberry, red apple and floral notes. The animating and tasty attack is accompanied by a fine, balanced interplay of sweetness and acidity, and an elegant, fine-pearled mousse. A subtle, tart quince note finishes things off gently.
