Tasting from 02.12.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Delicate pale yellow in colour. On the nose, aromas of green pear, some grapefruit, and white flowers. Fantastically clear and precise on the palate framed by lively, perfectly integrated acidity. Linear and elegantly textural, with citrussy notes redolent of bergamot and grapefruit zest on the finish.
