Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 01.01.2017: Martin Kilchmann

Strong red; quite intense bouquet, fruity notes of strawberries, stewed plums, spicy, subtly roasted aromas; powerful, somewhat alcoholic attack on the palate, rather low acidity, distinctive, bitterish tannin, fruit sweetness, cooked fruit aromas, Provençal herbs; good length. Still youthful, currently somewhat disharmonious wine, needs to mature.
