Tasting Notes

Tasting from 28.04.2017: Sautter, Ulrich

Salmon colored. Grapey, quite pure Pinot aroma with a hint of ice candy. Fresh on the palate with a good integration of the typical Valais fullness. Slightly salty on the finish, this is a full-bodied rosé that is also suitable as an accompaniment to food.
