Tasting from 04.10.2018: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a light purple rim. Fragrant nose of strawberries and raspberry confit, delicate touch of candy floss, has a certain spiciness. Plucky and purposeful on the palate with plenty of juice and saltiness, can be left for another year.
