Bright green-yellow with a golden sheen. Fresh green apple, pear and citrus fruit, with some slight hints of greenish notes such as mint. Fresh and juicy on the palate, a fine mousse, an animated acidity, harmonious and with a pleasant, non-bitter finish.

Fresh flavours of pear, apple, mountain peach, white melon, lychee and white flowers. Sweet, broad, lively and slightly salty on the palate. Lingering finish.
