The white wine San Michele Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG, vintage 2020 from the winery Cellagrande has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Erbaluce from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Intensely bright lemon yellow. Quite spicy on the nose, bergamot, some rosemary and cut lime, then chamomile and white currant. Clearly more fruit on the palate, rich apple, lemon balm, freshness on the palate, with lively acidity, somewhat narrow on the finish and not always long.
