Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicate vanilla, a hint of yellow tropical fruit, ripe yellow apple, nuances of caramel in the background. Complex, juicy, fine pear fruit, pleasant acidity, harmonious and persistent, subtle fruit sweetness on the finish, mineral aftertaste.

With its moderate 13 percent by volume, we expect a fresh, typical island white and are somewhat surprised when its sweet creaminess and distinct tartness overwhelm our palates.
