Tasting Notes

Tasting from 19.03.2020: Herzog & Vombach

Restrained, extremely savoury bouquet with notes of graphite, dried garden herbs and dried dark berries. Compact structure on the palate, fresh with ripe tannin and elegant acidity. Still very youthful, but shows great ageing potential.
