Tasting Notes

Tasting from 22.05.2014

Medium carmine garnet, violet reflections, broad watery rim. Fresh, sweet strawberry confit, delicate hints of cherries, rather restrained bouquet. Medium body, delicately spicy, delicate extract sweetness, finesse-rich acidity structure, mineral, sticks well, still seems very reserved overall, but has very good potential, needs further bottle ageing.
