Bright, pale straw yellow with persistent coarse mousse. The nose initially has aromas of yeast, delicately of glue, needs a lot of time to open up in the glass, initially appears cloudy, then opens up to fine citrus fruits. Well-integrated mousse on the palate, well-balanced, harmonious drinking flow.
