The rosé wine 1673 Trento Rosé DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Cesarini Sforza Spumanti has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Nero from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Light, bright coral pink with a soft mousse. Intense on the nose, dark bread crust, sea salt and rhubarb. Tightly gripping on the palate, with plenty of drive, clear fruit and a subtle saltiness through to the lingering finish.
