Deep dark, impenetrable ruby purple. Playful nose with notes of cassis and dark chocolate, black pepper in the background, deep. Dense, powerful tannins on the palate as well as rich dark berry fruit, a lot of cassis, plus blackberry, still seems very youthful, fiery and long.
