Tasting from 14.02.2019

Medium salmon pink colour with copper gold reflections, persistent fine mousse. Delicately smoky with herbal savouriness in the background, some brioche, a hint of sea buckthorn, nuances of dried plums. Juicy, good complexity, fine fruitiness, pleasant, integrated acidity, lingers long, a touch of figs on the finish, a multi-faceted food wine.
