Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green, silver shimmers, fine persistent mousse. Delicately scented nuances of fresh pear and yellow greengage plums, a hint of cherries and grapefruit zest pervaded by hints of fine caramel and limoncino. Juicy, very complex, three-dimensional body on the palate, elegant acidic structure, lively, with a saline touch on the finish, precise, vinous style, marked by fine sweetened fruit tones and great length.
