Tasting from 14.07.2016: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Pear wedges, apple potato chips and a pronounced brioche note on the nose bear witness to its origins. Juicy fruit and sweet yeasty spice are convincing on the palate. Reminiscent of cinnamon apple and butter cookies. Quince on the finish and a well-balanced dosage predestine it as a food companion.
