Medium straw yellow with brassy reflections and a lively, delicate mousse. Subtle notes of baked goods and yellow peach on the nose, with some floral nuances, a hint of candied orange zest and a touch of herbal savouriness. Medium bodied, it majors on yellow pears and subtle blossom honey with a supporting acidity. Developed, with a hint of yellow currants on the finish.
