Pale yellow green colour with silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Delicate notes of baked goods, white orchard fruit, a hint of peach, lime zest, inviting bouquet. Taut, tightly woven, fine nuances of apples, fresh acidity, mineral and salty finish, a versatile food wine.
