Tasting from 11.10.2022: Peter Moser

Medium golden yellow, silver reflections, lively, fine and persistent mousse. Nuances of cookie, delicately nutty, underlying ripe, yellow pear notes, a hint of spring onion and honey, candied grapefruit zest. Taut, green apple, tightly woven, racy structure, salty touch, lime on the finish, very crisp, dry style, yellow apple fruit in the aftertaste, great aperitif style. (VK.: 10/22, Deg.: 2022).
