Tasting Notes
Pale gold, silver reflections, persistent, fine mousse. Ripe apple fruit with delicate smoky undertones, hints of mango and cookie, chalky nuances, candied orange zest, multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, full-bodied, delicate pear fruit, salty minerality, great length and freshness, subtle fruit sweetness on the finish, a hint of pomelo in the aftertaste, certainly further ageing potential.
