Tasting Notes
Golden colour. Intense on the nose with white field mushroom duxelles and subtle smokiness. The palate has the same aromatic generosity and presents a total hit of umami with freshness clearly signalled by hints of bergamot peel amidst notes of brown butter and creamy caramel. A lively streak of lemon and finest mousse pervade everything. A testament that Charlie is indeed alive, Wonderful balance.
