Tasting Notes
A very rich and expressive nose of chalk, fresh field mushroom, white truffle, with highlights of salted caramel. The mousse is ultra-fine and the slender palate has an immensely savoury, salty depth paired with smoothest texture, really fine, utterly salty, mouth-watering, really exquisite, profound and incredibly long. A mature and compelling, salty, gastronomic Champagne.
More about the tastingBrilliant golden yellow, shimmering silver. Inviting restrained aromas of candied citrus fruit, white flower and roasted nuts with hints of yeast. Very harmonious, creamy texture with finely adjusted acidity and smooth fruit expression, nestles full-bodied on the palate, very complex with elegant mousse. Echoes of salted butter cream and a beguiling opulence, characterful length. Great ageing potential.
