Bright, medium yellow-green, silver reflections, fine mousse. Delicate biscuit, fine yellow tropical fruit, ripe yellow apple, white peach, a hint of blossom honey and walnut. Juicy, white apple, complex and with a silky texture, vivid, almost racy acidity, pome fruit on the finish, good length, fruity-sweet aftertaste, good ageing potential.
More about the tastingBright yellow-green. Bouquet is as clear as a bell; garden herbs, tarragon, honeysuckle and lemon balm, a trace of fresh bakery, yellow fruit and lime. Very delicate on the palate with a fine mousse, rich acidity, juicy with a hint of sweetness, mineral underpinnings, fine peppery spice on the finish. A dancing ballerina with finesse and great length. Extremely fine.
