Tasting from 19.11.2021: Gerhild Burkhard, Anne Krebiehl MW, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser

Bright medium yellow-green, silver reflections, fine mousse. Delicate biscuit, fine yellow tropical fruit, ripe yellow apple, white peach, a touch of honey blossom and walnut. Juicy, white apple, complex, silky texture, lively, almost racy acidity, stone fruit also on the finish, good length, fruity-sweet finish, definite ageing potential. (PM, disgorged 2020).
