Smoke, salted caramel and white truffle with an edge of butter and mango make for a most compelling, mature nose. The palate has intense concentration and a freshness that is like a pure essence of yellow grapefruit zest with all its alluring bitterness, with its pithy depth of flavour, with its richness and directness of essential oil. This is hair-raising and rich, linear and direct, quite simply an exquisite experience. The finish endless. Wonderful.
