Tasting Notes
Medium salmon pink with orange reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. Fine cherry fruit, mineral nuances, red wild berry, delicate hints of orange zest. Juicy, white peach fruit underpinned with fine cookie, finesse-rich structure, mineral, delicately nutty touch, lingers very well, plum touch in the finish, a multi-faceted food companion. (cellared in 2009, disgorged in 2016).
