Tasting Notes
Light white gold with silver reflections. Rather subtle on the nose, with cut apple, ripe lemon, herbal-spicy nuances and some honey. Rather restrained on the palate with fresh apple and meadow flower notes to the fore. It's medium-fine, with a rather short-lasting mousse. Finishes medium-long with citrus and honey nuances.
