Tasting from 21.11.2019: Peter Moser

Light golden yellow with silver reflections. Herbal savoury nose, freshly cut grass, smoky and yeasty nuances with a citrus note. Medium bodied, fine mousse, tasty, juicy, with finesse, rich acidity, a salty-minerality pull hides under the fruit expression of the palate, the salt lingers on the finish. The soil sends its regards.

More about the tasting

Light greenish yellow, silver reflections, lively, persistent mousse. Citrusy bouquet, white flowers, still somewhat chalky, lime touch. Light-bodied, rather slender, fine white fruit nuances, lively acidity structure, delicate hints of yellow plum on the finish, mineral aftertaste, finely stimulating aperitif, but also goes well with oysters and much more.
