Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, delicate nuances of biscuit and a hint of stone fruit, underlaid with notes of ripe mango and papaya, blossom honey and a mineral touch. Taut on the palate, medium-bodied, notes of white apple, full of finesse, very well-balanced hints of yellow tropical fruit and white nougat on the salty finish. A delicate, almost tender, youthful style.
